  Awesome food and great smoothies. Great menu selection with plenty of meat options! I had the spicy fajita wrap with bison beef and it was amazing. Highly recommend Tonic!

  I love all the healthy foods and beverages this cute cafe offers. Stopped in here to grab a few drinks to go; we tried the Green Mango Mojito and the Summer Breeze (this one may have been on a special summer menu). Both were fresh and served quickly. They were served at room temperature which I appreciated since the glasses were both full of fresh ingredients only and no ice.. although the Green Mango Mojito probably would have been tastier if it was cold. Staff was friendly and I'll be trying the food next time I stop by. Healthy place to check out if you're in the Roch area!

  In town for a conference and wanted something healthy but great.  I got the salmon and roots salad from the Feast menu.  Salmon was seasoned perfectly.  Shiso limeaid was also delicious - great use of shiso and will need to copy at home.

  Second time here and both times I came later in the evening. It seems as if closing early is a big deal to these people. They also close at an awkward time: 8:30pm. Many individuals don't eat until 7/7:30 and if you're running late but still hungry...forget about eating here. Their food and variety is really good but service was definitely a bit disorganized. The first time I came I waited 32 minutes for their grilled cheese sandwich. Everyone working seemed super frazzled and nothing had a system. I would've cancelled the order but I had already paid. The second time I came in two parties were almost turned away because of the "just so you know we close in 35 minutes" speech. One party got up and left then one of them came back to ask for the managers info...? Not sure why but I have a hunch. If you're advertised to be open until 8:30pm then you should be serving until 8:30pm. Kinda the way things work. Sure, it's not so nice of customers to walk in at 8:29pm and expect the food to be flowing. I'm sorry if you need to get to your aunt's birthday shindig by 9pm but that's not how the service industry vibes. If you're scheduled to close a restaurant then you need to expect to stay a bit after closing it. THEY ACTUALLY TURNED THE LIGHTS OFF ON US AT 8:25pm. I would hope that the owners would take a look at their organizational policies and opening hours and perhaps think of adjusting some things so as not to turn away more customers. Overall: food really is excellent So would go back but only earlier in the day so as not to deal with the being shoved out of a place I am paying for service, so maybe hire servers who want to be in the service industry?

  A welcome healthy option where there are not many! The staff here are super friendly and open to customizing anything - change juice ingredients, dressings, etc. They were under a bit of construction when I popped in for lunch while on a work trip in the area, making a more convenient take out area in the back since that is a large part of their business. Definitely some regulars here for the lunch hour that chat happily with the staff and let them surprise them with a lunch or juice of their choice for that day. Super cute and delicious!
